Posting on behalf of a friend-i just wanted to let others whom are dealing with a bereavement aware of what a excellent and professional service we received from WR Bettelley Funeral Directors. From the moment we contacted there was so much compassion and dedication, they collected our mum within hours of speaking to them, treating her with so much respect and dignity throughout. Letting us know when she was with them, any questions we asked were answered with great honesty following their open policy. Throughout the whole process they guided us making suggestions and advice so our mum had the beautiful send off she deserves. The florist whom they use H R florist did the floral tributes, these were stunning and they had worked to such a high standard to ensure the tributes were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from W R Bettelley but most importantly the commitment, dedication and teamwork from Josh and Sam and work colleagues to deliver such a high class service. Please don’t hesitate to use this amazing local company, i’m positive you will not be disappointed.

During one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, they made the entire process feel so much more manageable, ensuring my Nan received the most dignified and beautiful farewell. Absolutely fantastic service W R Bettelly's LTD Sam looked after us, all did our family super proud in looking after our Wonderful, beautiful Mum while she was in there care.Amazing team and so caring and supportive, through out this extremely difficult time.. I would just like to thank everyone at W R Bettelley. Arranging a funeral is something that nobody wants to do, or even knows where to start, it can be a daunting prospect. Our family recently lost a son and a brother. I went into Bettelley's just to try and get an idea of what was needed, and I was instantly put at ease, Sam was absolutely incredible, and as been amazing every step of the way. Sam looked after us, especially my mum who is understandably struggling. The care, shown not just to us but to my brother will stay with me forever. An unbearable ordeal was made that little bit bearable through the help from Bettelleys and from Sam. Thank you so much, from all of the family X

Sam and all the staff at Bettelleys treated my dad with care and compassion from start to finish ,nothing was too much trouble.I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a very personal service .The old chapel was something I’ve not experienced before nothing was too much trouble there too we weren’t rushed at all on the day of my dads funeral we had to say when we were ready to leave I feel they all go above and beyond I’ve never been to such relaxed funeral .Everyone Made a very sad occasion more manageable.Thank you all you do a fantastic service
